Perform and assist necessary documents check to ensure Factory’s HR functions (Knitwear Division) like workers’ recruitment/ selection, personal file, Maternity benefit, Separation of employee & benefits, disciplinary practices;
Liaison with regulatory bodies like; BGEMA, Labour Court, etc for different licenses, legal issues and other necessary purposes;
Communicate with Legal Advisor and monitor & handle legal issues and settle the court cases with the factory and the labor court as well as NGOs;
Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker’s about legal requirements;
Maintain court cases related personal files with all necessary documents;
Assist inspecting on all factories and supplier and prepare report on compliance issues;
Prepare, produce and submit report as required by the management;
Improve self-performance and work process continuously.
