Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for communications/switchboard operations within the facility
Ensures courteous telephone service and respect to all customers
Demonstrates the ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment in reference to customer concerns.
Must have knowledge of all emergency procedures required by the Communications Department
Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel, hospital and casino staff and co-workers
Present a positive image to customers that supports commitment, compassion and competency of the service
Answers the telephone promptly and politely, within facility standards
Announces overhead pages without delay and following the location designated standards
Monitors and responds to emergency and stat calls on a priority basis -Use guest last name at all times when appropriate
Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure
Appropriately use salutation of the day
Proactively takes accountability for identifying customer concerns and resolves them using the appropriate channels
Is able to grasp issues quickly and generate solutions
Shows insight in anticipating problems, identifying core issues and devising solutions
Serve as a customer service ambassador for the location -Knowledge of all hotel, hospital and casino outlets, meeting rooms, amenities
Education Requirement:-
MBA/ BBA/ Post graduate/ Bachelor degree in International Relation/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ English/ Political Science/ Hotel or Hospitality Management.

Experience Requirements:-
1 to 3 year(s)

Hotels/Resorts, Call Center, Hospitals/Clinic/Diagonastic Centre
Additional Job Requirements:-
Age 23 to 32 year(s)

Presents information in a clear, concise and timely manner
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other departments and staff
Handles all stressful and difficult situations in a positive manner
Demonstrates a well-rounded understanding of the position as related to the facility operations
Complexion should be fair
Neat, professional and well groomed at all times.
Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking & approach.
Excellent command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal.
Attentive to details and have excellent organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and be guest focused.
