Job Responsibilities:- |
|
Organize and implement internal and external promotional strategies to support product and service development.
The incumbent will be on probation for a certain period.
During his probation, he has to be trained up for sales, marketing & supervision of cigarette & allied products.
After completion of probation & satisfactory assignment, he will be posted on deserving post and will be responsible for all kinds of marketing activities.
He will keep the market information and database updated.
The incumbent will also support the sales & marketing team for promoting existing & new product.
Should be result oriented & have the ability to work independently & well organized and use their ideas & creativity.

Education Requirement:- |

Graduate/Masters or BBA/ MBA
|
Technical/Professional Requirements:- |
|
Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
Strong customer focus and in Negotiation skills
Excellent command over English and Bengali with Letter Drafting knowledge.
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills, demonstrated by the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and organizational management.
Knowledge of Basic Marketing techniques
Skill in cooperation, work as a team and performance oriented
Computer knowledge is must
Problem solving ability
Experience is not mandatory but person who is experienced will be given preference.
Experience in same industry will be an advantage
